Anthony Bourdain is well known for consuming exotic and daring ethnic dishes like ant eggs , cobra heart , blood and many more. Anthony Bourdain has gained popularity in preparing delicious street food of other counteries. Anthony Bourdain won the Creative Arts Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography for Nonfiction Programming for his book "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations".

Anthony Bourdain was born on June 25, 1956 in New York City but grew up in Leonia, New Jersey. Bourdain has French ancestry on his father's side; his paternal grandfather immigrated to New York from France following World War I. Anthony Bourdain Bourdain attended Vassar College, and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1978. Currently, Anthony Bourdain is honorary Chef-at-Large of Brasserie Les Halles, where he held the title of executive Chef for nearly a decade. Anthony Bourdain married his high school girl friend ,Nancy Putkoski in 1980 and they live together for about 20 years. He again got married with Ottavia Busia on April 20, 2007. Together, they have one daughter, Ariane, born on April 9, 2007.
